The temperature dropped to about
53 degrees by 9:23 p.m., the end
of the game. Teacher/academic
advisor Jane Medrano, a loyal
fan, was bundled up.
LJ QB Jackson Diehl (9) looks for his brother, Carson,
but is going to throw an incomplete in the second
quarter. Diehl threw for 182 yards and 1 TD
and ran for 154 yards and 2 TD's.

Receiver Carson Diehl (13) runs for 13 yards
after a catch to begin La Jolla's third possession
in the first quarter. LJ couldn't score on the drive,
leaving the score 7-0 in the Vikings' favor.
