The La Jolla High brother combination of Gabe and Diego Solis far away outstrips any other sibling relationship in total yardage stats, if there are any other brothers listed.
Gabe, the senior wideout, and Diego, the sophomore quarterback/receiver, have combined for 911 offensive yards in the Vikings' first five games. They have also been the reason that La Jolla hasn't been shut out in at least two games.
Gabe, a 5'10" speedster, has caught passes--several from his brother--for 387 yards, adding another two yards carrying the ball for a total of 389.
Diego, the mobile lefty behind center, has aerialed for 339 yards, while carving out another 129 yards running the ball on some harrowing, circuitous routes for a total of 468 yards.
