Chloe Kim of La Jolla shot a 45, her second lowest score of the year, against CIF number-one power Rancho Bernardo at Riverwalk Sunset Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 9.
Olivia Krasuski, the Vikings' top golfer, carded a 40, which also is not too shabby, as she and Kim held steady against the gale force that is the Lady Broncos, who won the team match-up by a decisive measure, 196-261. (Low score wins in golf.)
The match was a non-league encounter. La Jolla coach Aaron Quesnell's squad took a break from Western League competition.
