Davor Ivanov scored a goal two minutes into the game, St. Augustine answered with a goal three minutes later, and La Jolla and the Saints settled into a war of attrition through the rest of the first half under Santa Ana heat conditions in North Park Wed., Feb. 10.
With six minutes left in regulation time, captain Andrew Estrella bumped a ball in from close range to tie 2-2, and the Vikings held on for the draw despite a Saints penalty kick earlier in the second half that bounced narrowly off the left post.
