Co-head coach Sam Farrell notes her Viking girls lacrosse team has 15 varsity returners, with three Division 1 commits and one Division 3 commit: senior Stella Wineman (Ohio State), fellow senior Ari Conboy (Salisbury), junior Luca DeMaio (Towson), and fellow junior Hailey Dommers (UC Davis).
"We also have a lot of young talent," Farrell says. "Some other players to watch: Delaney Walsh (2023), and Ella Plaskonos (also 2023)."
The 2021 roster, including jersey numbers, with an opening game Tues., March 23, at home against Torrey Pines under the lights at 7 p.m. at Edwards Field:
Seniors (8): Ari Conboy (22), Allyra Ballard (11), Cali Liu (8), Sophia Ryan (4), Kate MacDonald (13), Stella Wineman (5), Jorie MacDonald (18), Terra Evans (2).
Juniors (7): Hailey Dommers (15), Charlotte Gayner (7), Brook Cousino (17), Luca DeMaio (10), Reagan Aalbers (12), Zoe Aalbers (3), Allie Foerster (9).
