La Jolla's girls cross country team took first place at the San Diego Mesa College Invitational Fri., Sept. 30, over a course at NTC Park, Liberty Station.

The Viking boys didn't show themselves to be too shabby, either, landing in third place with 101 points behind Francis Parker (28) and St. Augustine (57).
