Captains haven't been chosen yet, but the new 2019 Fall Cheer squad for La Jolla High has been selected and includes many returners from last year's varsity contingent.
New cheer advisor Elsie Lopez's first squad includes five seniors, with three juniors, four sophomores and a single freshman in an unofficial list.
Seniors, with their age, if available, and the number of years on varsity (if known) in parentheses include:
Hannah Cluster, 17 (3)
Layla O'Laughlin, 17 (3) (a captain last year)
